INSPECT was formed in July 1983 to provide on-site inspections of homes for home buyers in the Chicago, Illinois area During this time we have performed over 15,000 home inspections. Our pledge is to provide the objective information you need before you make the final decision on your new home.
We insist that our inspectors be full-time, professionally trained, licensed, and become members of "The American Society of Home Inspectors". ASHI is recognized as the leading authority in the home inspection field and has established a set of minimum standards guiding a home inspection. This "Standard of Practice" is continually being reviewed and updated when appropriate. We also subscribe to the ASHI "Code of Ethics".
INSPECT is licensed by the State of Illinois, as are all our inspectors.
REMEMBER: If we perform a home inspection for you our expertise is available to you for as long as you own your home. That's just one reason why increasing numbers of home buyers in the Chicago area are turning to INSPECT.
